In this customer spotlight, we spoke with Jelle, a passionate sailing coach who relies on his Interactor boat every day to guide young Optimist sailors. Here’s what he had to say about his experience on the water.

Who are you and what is your profession?

My name is Jelle, and alongside my main occupation, I work part-time as a coach where I train young Optimist sailors. I’ve been doing this from the very beginning with my Interactor boat. It’s an incredibly reliable vessel, and there’s one feature I particularly love: the towing post. It allows me to tow all my Optimist sailors with ease, while the boat itself remains highly maneuverable.

Which Interactor model do you use?

I use the Interactor 555, and for me as a coach, it’s the perfect fit. It’s seaworthy, yet still easy to transport on the road. For my setup, I specifically chose a seat that is separate from the console. This gives me the flexibility I need to move quickly and easily from one side of the boat to the other during training sessions.

I also deliberately opted for just one seat, which creates a lot of open space at the back of the boat. This allows me to carry all the necessary sailing equipment while maintaining a very spacious and practical layout on board.

What three words come to mind when you think of Interactor?Quality, reliability, and power.

Jelle’s experience shows how the Interactor 555 fits seamlessly into daily coaching practice. With its practical layout and reliable performance, it offers the kind of support coaches need on the water
